RAASM 30-40 L/min. fluid distribution guns are equipped with an entry rotating joint and can be used with a digital litre-counter. You can choose between a semi-automatic or automatic drip stop nozzle, the presence of the lever lock button and a rigid or flexible end. In addition, the gun is equipped with coloured caps to customise it depending on the fluid being dispensed. All the guns are designed and created with specific materials so that they are chemically compatible with many types of fluid.
Open hose reels in AISI 304 stainless steel with a synthetic black or stain-resistant blue rubber hose, depending on the model. Available as a fixed or swiveling version, while all models include a 1.5 m entry segment of hose and a hose stop buffer. The swiveling arms can be easily turned to 4 different positions depending on requirements.
The 30 progressive centralised lubrication system is composed of a pumping unit connected to volumetric distributors that, via the pumping action of a piston located inside them, ensure the distribution of a pre-set quantity of lubricant to a corresponding number of utilities. This system is defined as such because each piston inside the distributor, allowing for the lubricant to pass from one section of the distributor to another, follows a progressive sequence of distribution to the various utilities. Each distributor is positioned in series with the others: this means that the malfunctioning of one can cause the entire system to block. As a result, checking the function of one single distributor allows you to monitor the entire system.

These versions are designed for the medium-long distance distribution of industrial fluids, paints and colourings for dyeing in an industrial environment. They guarantee high performance both in terms of range and pressure of use, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation even in extreme environments and working conditions. All of the models in this series are available as a disconnected version, with the motor physically detached from the pick-up tube and so protected against any leakage or breakage, and can be used in modular wall-mounted systems connected to drums or cisterns
RAASM digital litre-counters and pulsers boast many features that ensure they are a truly unique product on the market. This equipment ensures the precise measuring of the distributed liquid, also allowing for the viewing of the instantaneous range. They also have a settable total register and can be programmed with various units of measurement. They are suitable for different types of low, medium and high viscosity liquids such as lubricating oil, anti-freeze, window cleaning liquid and other fluids compatible with the materials that make up the litre-counter, but cannot be used for commercial transactions (for this, use the MID-certified digital litre-counters available as part of the RAASM range). The pulser versions are designed to work when connected to a PLC or a computer system.
